after visiting hull marina to visit the spurn light ship, inoticed that what is there is in fact "the bull" which was the sister ship to the spurn lightship, but has been re named and is now in hull marina posing as the "spurn lightship".
i have since found the original spurn lightship berthed in sharpness dockyard in gloucester being refurbished and converted into a floating therapy centre see wwwlightshiptherapies.net
i wondered why the public are not being told that the ship on display in hull is not what it claims to be
