flights in school holidays

why is it that airlines and holiday companies are allowed to legally rob us when it comes to school holidays?
every time the kids break up from school the price of flights trebles and sometimes even more.
aviation fuell doesnt suddenly cost more, i dont think the pilot gets higher wages at half term,so why can the goverment not make airlines keep their pricing consistant throughout the year.
after all it costs no more to ride on a train or a bus during the holidays so why should the airlines be allowed to get away with this robbery

the real spurn lightship

after visiting hull marina to visit the spurn light ship, inoticed that what is there is in fact "the bull" which was the sister ship to the spurn lightship, but has been re named and is now in hull marina posing as the "spurn lightship".
i have since found the original spurn lightship berthed in sharpness dockyard in gloucester being refurbished and converted into a floating therapy centre see wwwlightshiptherapies.net
i wondered why the public are not being told that the ship on display in hull is not what it claims to be
